I called the office on Saturday night... read more and Dr. Sanchez called back Sunday morning. He offered to see if someone could come in that day if I was in pain. As I was not, i felt it could wait until the next day and he was able to take me first thing in the morning. Lisa and Heidi greeted me when I checked in. They were both warm and friendly putting me immediately at ease. (I have to say, I hate going to the dentist and am very anxious about pain.) Luckily, they have nitrous available. Tasha was very sweet and escorted me to my room. Dr. Sanchez was very, very, nice and comforting. He never rushed the process, between waiting for the topical numbing agent to completely take effect and administering the novacaine. I did not feel anything. I did need a crown. Usually, in the past, I would have left with a temp then have to come back. At this office, they make the crown right there. It fits perfectly. He was very gentle , took his time, and was very thorough in his explanations. I will be going back next week to get everything else checked out. Best dentist! I am so impressed!

Dr. Sanchez has a comforting manner. He takes the time to explain the available alternatives and what to expect from each procedure. Always checking with the patient to assure comfort and confidence.

Dr Sanchez talks you... read more through the work, telling you what he’s doing and what he’s going to do next. He also makes sure I’m numb before he works( my greatest fear as I’m sometimes hard to get numb) and checks in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I’m ok. He truly wants his patients comfortable. Just as important is that the quality of his work is unsurpassed. He has done crown work and fillings for me. His work is always exceptional. I highly recommend Dr Sanchez and I promise you will be happy with him and his team.
